Learn why feedback from parents should be encouraged and how to satisfactorily resolve problems when difficult situations and conflicts do arise.

About our facilitator - Sue Kurtovich:

Sue Kurtovich is a ECE regulatory and compliance expert, with over 30 years of experience in advising and supporting ECE centres. Sue is based in Tauranga, regularly travelling the length and breadth of New Zealand to deliver seminars, workshops and in-house consulting services to the ECE Sector.
